Food Devils field guide

Lost the opening run? Keep the save. Food Devils can continue the story after that difficult first expedition. Find what stopped your party, then prepare a better next attempt.

Start with the first-loss decision

A loss is a branch in the journey

Return. Reassess. Go again.

The opening can be won, but the story also advances after a defeat. Separate permanent progress from a temporary run build before choosing whether anything needs to change.

At the restaurant, use available meals, adventurers and departure options to make a specific next-run plan. More power for the Devil still needs a human who can supply it.

Understand the first loss
The expedition loop: finish a run, continue at the restaurant, prepare the available party and start another expedition.
