Can you play the version on your device?
Check the November 3 delay and available Demo, then separate current Windows support from console and Deck expectations. Product availability and an incompatible save are different decisions.
Which kind of restart are you considering?
For Food Devils, a failed expedition and an incompatible older Demo save are separate problems. If the opening ended in defeat but the story is continuing, use the first-loss guide and keep the same playthrough. If you are moving from the June Demo into the expanded October Demo, check the version-specific save policy.

Once you are back at the restaurant, prepare the next expedition. A clean opening victory is not required to use the continuing story and preparation loop.
